Castle Rigg Stone Circle

After the big Friday hike, yesterday was more laid back. We took a more local hike to a nearby stone circle. On all the postcards we'd seen of the circle it was impossible to tell the scale. Once we got there we knew why: it's sort of a Stonehenge for very very small people. But the hike there was pretty and the 360 degree view of the surrounding fells from the circle was stunning.
